Third and 10 on A's 40. Team A's line is in a tight formation with the right end split wide. Back A33 lines up in a three point stance with one foot behind the right tackle and the other foot to the outside of the right tackle. After the snap. A33 cuts to his left and blocks B56 below the waist toward the left sideline.
Legal block. A33 is not restricted. His right foot is behind where the tight end would line up. In a so-called tight formation, the tight end would be within 5 yards of the snapper.

A26 may block below the waist toward the SJ's sideline. A33 was lined up in the tackle box and has no restrictions. No official reported this fact to the SJ. Thus, the penalty is enforced.
