SCORING PLAYS - LIVE BALL FOUL PENALTY ENFORCEMENT

NOTE: After a change of team possession (a) in extra periods; and (b) during trys in regulation and in extra periods, a personal foul must be flagrant for the penalty to be enforced. Unless noted otherwise, assume the foul is either a live ball unsportsmanlike foul or personal foul committed by the opponent of the scoring team. Live ball fouls penalized as dead ball fouls are not really live ball fouls.
